Can I get a discount?
At HiroCards we try to offer competitive prices for anyone, no discount codes needed.
Every month we’ll have some promotions, you can check these out on our promotions page.
The item I want is sold out! When do you get new stock?
When we are certain that we will get new stock of a product, we will put it in pre-order again and you will see an expected shipping date.
If we are not certain that an item will be restocked, or we don’t know a date yet we suggest to sign up for the out of stock alerts on the product page. As soon as we start taking orders for the product again, you’ll be notified by e-mail.
To what countries do you ship?
HiroCards is focused on the continental European market.
We ship to the following countries:

What are the shipping costs?
Depending on where you live shipping costs will be different. HiroCards is located in Belgium, so the closer you live to us the cheaper the shipping will probably be.
When placing an order with us, the shipping is always calculated automatically.

Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet you can cancel it very easily by yourself if you have an account on our website. You should receive a refund back within a couple days automatically if you already paid.
In case you are unable to cancel, send us a message and we’ll do it for you.
If your order has already been shipped and you want to return items to us after receiving them we call this a return. See the question below for more information regarding that.

I received my order and want to return one or more items. Is that possible?
You can return your entire order or only part of it within 14 days after receiving the goods. In order to start this process, send us a message with your order number and what items you want to return. You can do this via our contact us page.
Keep in mind that you can only return items that are in great condition. This means that they are unopened & have not be tampered with.
